The development requires residential city-type housing with central space in the middle and witha nearby park. Houses are not more than 6 storeys high.
The main communication is the east-west diagonal street. With all the other streets it forms a shape of glasses.
Each single block has its own private space. Design counts with maximum usage of greenery.
Residential blocks are solved as villa houses, apartment towers, barrier houses and large housing complexes with services at the ground floor.
